As donations are immediately allocated towards ongoing projects and operational requirements, donations are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate donation due to technical error.
Incorrect donation amount entered accidentally.
Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor.
Payment deducted but donation transaction failed.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days and credited through the original payment method used during the transaction.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the donor’s bank or payment service provider.
Once a donation has been successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled by the donor through the website.
Any exceptional cases will be handled at the sole discretion of Sawariya Sheth Humanity Foundation.
